Founded in 1943 as a contract manufacturer of military insignia, Ira Green, Inc. (IGI) has expanded into a full service manufacturer and distributor of nearly 40,000 unique items for the military.

From our state-of-the-art Providence, RI facility over 300 employees manufacture and distribute the uniform items and accoutrements earned and displayed proudly by military personnel in numerous countries.  Aided by our 55 field employees stationed across the globe, IGI products are available throughout the United States, Europe and the Pacific Rim. 

IGI’s line of Sta-Brite™ insignia is the leading seller of premium insignia in the world.  Working with our customers and listening to their needs not only led to the development of Sta-Brite™, but to the recent introduction of Sta-Black™.  IGI’s proprietary process for applying a subdued finish to military badges has resulted in a product that outperforms and outsells all others in the field.
