All items shipped origin. Customer is responsible for reporting damage to shipping party upon arrival of package. All claims for shortage, discrepancy and/or damage must be made within seven (7) days of merchandise receipt. No returns will be accepted or credits given without a Return Authorization (RA) number, which may be requested through customer service.

All military items have been manufactured in accordance with the applicable military specifications and are authorized for sale through the Institute of Heraldry, Navy Clothing Textile Research Facility, Coast Guard Clothing Textile Research Facility and/or the United States Marine Corps Logistics Center.
