In 1971, three young officers hearing of a new technique for manufacturing insignia seek out a local uniform supplier. They want something distinctively different that will set them apart from their fellow officers at West Point.
They demand a durable diamond like polish, one that would never require polishing. The supplier introduces them to a process he calls Anodizing, a unique metal coating process for insignia. Out of this meeting STA-BRITEŽ is born.
Today, the name STA-BRITEŽ is universally recognized as the finest insignia money can buy, out-selling other major brands by a wide margin.
